Straight advice
It reduces glare and helps many people sleep better, but dry, tired eyes are usually a break problem. Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes.
If you add one thing to a lens, make it anti-glare. It cuts reflections from tube lights and headlights, and makes your eyes visible in video calls.
The first few days feel odd while your eyes learn where to look. Almost everyone adjusts — come back and we will fine-tune the fit if you do not.
