Straight advice

How to choose a lens

Thin lenses are worth it past −4

Above roughly −4.00, a standard lens gets thick at the edges. A high-index lens costs more but looks far better in the frame — we will tell you honestly when you need one.

Anti-glare before anything else

If your budget only stretches to one coating, choose anti-glare. It helps at night, on screens, and in every photograph you appear in.

The number matters more than the brand

An accurate prescription in a basic lens beats a wrong prescription in an expensive one. That is why the free checkup comes first, every time.
